Pelton turbine
Pelton turbine is suitable for
the power plant with high head (usual 60-1000m), small discharge, big
load variation. Its feature is that by means of kinetic energy, it
strokes the runner to rotate, and generates power. The core of jet flow
coincides with the rotation plane of runner. It’s characterized by
compact structure, reliable performance, and easy operation.
